The goal was to explore the potential of Swissceramill ceramic cutters.

The goal was to test the Swissceramill ceramic cutter in full cut and to make an assessment.
Engine speed was limited at 40000 rpm.
Swissceramill mills aluminum with ease even in full cut milling with 1.5x depth infeed.
5. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK GÜLLER AG
Milling test with the company Güller AG in Switzerland.
The goal was to introduce the Swissceramill ceramic cutters in production.
Engine speed was limited at 8000 rpm.
The results with the ø12mm Swissceramill are overwhelming. The customer roughs and finishes with the same tool.
6. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TARGA TECH AG
Milling test with the company TARGA TECH AG in Switzerland.
The goal was to introduce the Swissceramill ceramic cutters in production.
Engine speed was limited at 15000 rpm.
The results with the ø6mm Swissceramill are time savings from 8 minutes to 1.45 minutes.
6. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK MILTERA CANADA
Milling test with the company Miltera from Canada.
The goal was to introduce the Swissceramill ceramic cutters in production.
Engine speed was limited at 42000 rpm.
The results with the ø10mm Swissceramill are higher feed speeds with 20000 mm/min with 1mm lateral infeed.
